Bought this for summer hiking in Lapland and other places. Also meaning to use it at winter time later when skiing. Very good tent for hiking.

Pros

  • Large vestibule
  • Light
  • Easy to pitch
  • Clotheslines

Cons

  • Moscuitoes gathering to vestibule

Bought this for summer hiking in Lapland. Also meaning to use it at winter time when skiing.

First used it when it was mid summer and at a mountain in Lapland. It was really nice because there is space for backpack, hiking shoes, and wet clothes in the vestibule.

Also this Endurance model has equal height from middle to backwards and that is good because I'm quite long. Sleeping compartment is enough for one and there is space for two also. I just used this alone and it is very good tent for hiking alone and not so heavy also (about 2,5 kg).

When it was raining, I did manage very well with the tent and my gear were in dry place all the time. And when it was hot I did roll the vestibule away so that tent got more ventilation. Also when the wind is howling in cold temperatures the ventilation hole can be closed.

Easy to put up and take back to backpack. Nothing bad about this tent comes in mind. Vestibule did have visitors like mosquitoes and small vole (oatmeal). Had to wave mosquitoes away sometimes.
