This is the most uncomfortable pack I have ever owned. If I had to rate it on a scale of 1-10, I would give it a 1. The hip belt is as thin as a regular dress belt and does not put the load on you hips. I feel as if I have knives digging onto my side. I would not recommend this pack to a single person, not even my worst enemy.
