Stanley Classic Ultra Vacuum Bottle

Purchased this bottle in January when I could not find the Thermos stainless bottle to replace one we lost in a fire. Have had Aladdin "classic" bottle for years and the Thermos performed much better...as the new Stanley bottle did...for 3 months. Then it failed completely. Did not mistreat it, used it exactly as I had the old Aladdins and the Thermos.
Emailed the manufacturer twice to report the problem, requesting a reply both times. Have never received a reply. Will I purchase another product from this company? Not likely.
