Tried these socks to replace another brand that I can not find. They are way way overpriced for their performance
Pros
- Nice to have on your feet sitting by the fire indoors
Cons
- Socks continuously creep down to the heel
- Hot and sweaty
- Way overpriced at $22
I really thought these socks were going to make the cut. I bought two pair of SmartWool socks. The Lifestyle and the Hiker. My plan was to try them out and then purchase several more. The socks that I swear by I can not find (by another maker).
The SmartWool Lifestyle socks seem to be cheaply made and continuously!!!! creep down to my heels. They are a pain in the butt. The other issue is that they are very hot (which is good in cold weather), but they also make my feet sweat. So now these socks will be used for sitting in a chair indoors reading etc.
Very disappointed since I had always heard SmartWool socks were the bomb. But I guess it's true. They Bombed!!
