Salomon Supercross 3 GTX

Bought Salomon Supercross 3 GTX. The left shoe was not waterproof. Not even against rain.

I filed a warranty claim. I also sent extra pictures of the exact location of where water penetrates the shoe.

Salomon asked me to make a video in the shower. No clue why because people can easy manipulate videos. I sent them a video too. Now I had to wait for the case to be evaluated.

After a few days they took absolutely no effort to investigate the shoe and they told me the problem was my own mistake. You can read their official reaction below. Absolutely terrible IMO.

Unfortunately after inspection by our experts, we have found no manufacturing defects in your product. Salomon warranty covers only manufacturing defects, and the problem on your product seems to have been caused by usage / way of caring/washing the pair.
