Rottefella NNN BC Magnum
I use these on Alpina Trackers and find them to be an awesome BC binding. They do not freeze up like an Auto.
Yes, you have to bend over to release them but they always open and close and provide a good connection to the ski, and the binding plate gives you a bump up in control over the standard BC bindings.

Ultimate off-trail xcountry binding.

When I say "xcountry" I specifically mean classic kick and glide skiing. This is without a doubt; the best off-trail stride and glide binding available: stable and efficient. This setup is much more efficient at classic kick and glide than a 75mm binding.
Choose this binding over the automatic binding if you plan on truly skiing off-trail. The auto bindings will ice up off-trail. The auto NNNBC bindings are fine for skiing on broken trails; such as snowmobile trails.
Choose the regular manual NNNBC binding if you are using narrow skis.
Although this is technically not a telemark binding; if you mate this binding with a burly, heavy-duty boot; you would be surprised what you can do coming down a hill!
