The new model has velcro closings from the big front zipped map pocket to the visored hood. Elastics drawcords at hood and underknees. Velcro cuff tabs, also behind the hood to adjust head that can be folded with another transversal velcro tab. Size is double L/XL, wide enough so the air is well ventilated if you don't tighten the drawcords even if the fabric is nylon.

In short I don't regret my buying at Campmor for $36.99. Available in Classic Blue or Emerald. It's better than a poncho. You have two rain jackets in one.
