Great pack for super long trail runs.

This is great pack for trail running. It will hold all you need for being out a long time. The 2 liter bladder is low profile and there is plenty of room for a shell, headlamps, dry socks and more. It does seem a little bulky for running, but not a major issue. I would give it 5 stars if it had pole attachments.
