Quandary Skirt’s fabric and style will win you over — soooo comfortable! It is a great walking, running, hiking, backpacking, trekking, town, work, home, and much more wardrobe addition.
This skirt quickly became my regular for working in my home office, on the tractor cutting brush, during early morning exercise walking, and while enjoying lunch on the front porch. This skirt should attract women and MEN adopters for backpacking, hiking, and striding use.
It is so nice to have a good skirt – where I get to choose what to wear, or more likely, NOT to wear under. Quandary’s skirt is much more versatile than a skort.
Size 14 weighs 176 g (6.25 oz.) and is 44 cm (17.25 in.) on the side. The material is a neat stretchy synthetic that feels really good against the skin. It sheds water, and dries quickly. The size is as expected in the hips and waist. The belt loops fit a 3.8 cm (1.5 in.) belt. The waist has a metal button closure with a 12.7 cm (5 in.) zipper for easy on-off. It also has a stretchy drawstring that lies flat. The skirt is comfortable beneath my backpack hip belt.
The pockets are a big plus. The front cargo pocket is just right for an iPhone 6. The upper two front pockets are good for keys and my Taxi Wallet. The rear pockets are a bit shallow, OK for food bar, but an iPhone 6 sticks out preventing zipper closure.
Overall, the comfort, fit, and pockets make this a winning skirt. My first one is in Forge Gray, and I can see a second, Ginger Berry color, Quandary skirt being on order soon.
