Outdoor Products Coffee Press
The French press is one of the most common coffee brewing methods out there. This camping French press by Outdoor Products makes it easy to have a full flavored French press in the great outdoors.
Pros
- Durable
- Drink straight from brewer
- Breaks down easily
- Rubber lid
Cons
- Messy clean up
This French press is pretty great. I love that you can drink straight out of the press. This product has a rubber lid with a "splash guard" type opening. The rubber makes for a very comfortable drink.
All you do is pull the plunger out, pour coffee grounds in the cup and pour hot water over the grounds. Let the coffee steep for the desired amount of time and plunge the grounds down to the bottom, allowing the ground to be filtered out of the water. This product makes a delicious, full-bodied cup of coffee.
This french press is very simple to use and met my expectations. When I first saw it I just had to have it and it has been well worth the money.

This makes a great cup of joe.
Pros
- Everything about it
Cons
- None
This makes a great cup of joe, no BS. Be careful. It will be hot and will stay hot a long time. Have read reviews saying messy cleanup. Not that bad, takes 5 sec to rinse it out.
You're sitting by a campfire, it's 10 pm waiting for the next bull head to bite, you want a piping hot cup of coffee you got it, or it's 6am, you just crawled out of your sleeping bag. You want a hot cup of joe you got it.
If you want fresh coffee in less than 5 min this is the cup for you. Not a bad price, no floaters in the coffee, and man o man does it stay hot. Bought four of them.

Simply great!
Pros
- Simple
- Compact
- Durable
- Works great
- Makes good coffee
Cons
- The lid's drinking spout
This is the simplest, most compact, best quality coffee maker I've seen. I use it several times a day and love it.
The only thing i don't like is the lid's drinking spout. I drink really hot coffee, but drinking hot coffee from the lid burns my upper lip. I don't need the lid often, so not much of a problem for me!
