I just received a set of Walker's Razor Quad Bluetooth Ear Muffs. They really cut the noise out. Most people use them for hunting, but I like them because they have four microphones that will pick up the tiniest sounds. As a wildlife photographer, it is important that I can listen to what is around me.

The muffs are comfortable. They can also be used to listen to music or answer your phone all at the same time as preventing any loud noises from hurting your eardrums.

Pros

  • Very comfortable, not bulky
  • Bluetooth
  • Great quality construction

Cons

  • I can see nothing wrong with them.

If you are a hunter, then these muffs are what you want. They will protect your ears from the high frequency of a rifle going off. As well, you can listen to music. You can still hear what people are saying around you, but it will stop the damaging bangs from a rifle or gun.

As well, as a wildlife photographer, it is important for me to hear what is around me so I am a aware of what to shoot. Imagine being surprised by a grizzly bear because you couldn't hear it coming.

I bought these off of Amazon Canada. Small investment in order to keep your hearing. If you are losing your hearing, they will also help you hear what others are saying. The volume on the speakers can be adjusted.

Background

I have used the cheap ear protectors before and they are uncomfortable and do not offer the same ear protection. They also do not have Bluetooth. If you are working in a noisy environment, it is nice to be able to hear others talk around you.
