Aricxi Flysheet Tent

Ultra-light one-person shelter.
Pros
- Very lightweight
- Spacious for one
- Easy to pitch
- Packs smaller than a Nalgene bottle
Cons
- So far after one year nothing major.

Getting older and desiring to carry as little weight as possible, I found this on AliExpress. At $60 NZ it was worth a try. After a year of tramping around New Zealand it has turned out to be a fantastic buy.
The double-sided silicon coating ensures a dry night (or day) and other than a lack of door for privacy I find no problems. I use my poncho as a ground cloth and wear a bug net if needed. There is plenty of room for one and for two at a pinch plus gear. With the open front and beak, cooking with my alcohol stove presents no problem either.
As one would expect at 310 g it looks quite flimsy, but in use and pitched for the conditions, it is remarkably robust. All in all, I am more than satisfied with this purchase; better than my tarp and lighter.
