I have used the Osprey Radial for about a year and am very happy with the backpack. The Anti-Gravity system is very comfortable and well ventilated. There are enough pockets for organization but not too many. The side pockets stretch well and are deep enough for a good size water bottle. The top handle is sturdy and the zippers never get stuck.
The best thing about this backpack is the fit. You might have read things like "grips the body" and "moves with me" and well..it really does. I have never had a non-hip belt pack that fits like this. The suspension is adjustable and comfortable to wear. It even has a rain cover which is just great to always have at the ready.
To nitpick, the straps could use a tie mechanism to keep them from swinging about when not in use. I have found that they tuck well into the Anti-Gravity suspension, so I do not believe that it is an issue worth a star. The other thing to note that may be more troublesome to some is that this bag does not easily stand up on its own. It does stand up leaning against something, but the frame will not allow it to stand solo.
The Radial is a little more tall and thinner than what many think of as a "standard backpack." This form factor is a design aspect but what it translates to is that the pack can hold a lot more than it would seem.
Regarding use, I always carry my sixteen-inch laptop, full size wireless mouse, and 1400 ml water bottle to and from work every day. I also have the normal items such as sunglasses, pencils, a book, and snacks.
