Osprey Manta 25
Very ergonomic pack. Fits well and doesn't shift. The zippers are all very sturdy. Osprey did a great job making this durable. I would recommend this pack to a mt biker, trail runner, day hiker etc...
Pros
- Lightweight
- Roomy
- Durable
Cons
- Straps are a bit lengthy
Love the shell in the hidden pocket to keep the rain out. The mid pocket seems very water resistant and it fits a good amount of gear. I mountain bike and trail run with this bad boy. Made a good cushion when falling off my bike.
Another thing Osprey did was make a fantastic hydration system. The bite valve is money and easy to clean and the h20 pack is durable and keeps the water from sloshing around.
The straps are easy to adjust and it genuinely fits well.

This daypack is the perfect balance between weight and capacity in a well designed product made from quality materials. This model continues the tradition that the Osprey name has built.
Pros
- Lightweight
- Well designed
- Quality fabrics and buckles
- Good capacity
- Good ventilation
- Durable
This daypack fits me well and doesn't feel like a burden even on long hikes. I have used it in urban settings as well as backcountry and I keep going back to it as my go-to daypack when I want to be able to grab a pack that I know I can use in the most versatile of situations.
Capacity is not huge, but well supported. Handles more than a hydration pack but certainly less than a book bag.
I highly recommend this day pack.
