We purchased this tent and loved it when we first set it up; however, we only used it 2 times last summer and the first time we used it this spring, it was as if the tent had shrunk and the door was very, very tight to zip up. We even tried taking the stakes out to release the tension, but it didn't work and the zipper ended up breaking. We purchased it at Wal-Mart and because it was over 90-days old, they refused to even give us a store credit (and we had our receipt).
NorthPole's warranty on their tents is only for 6 months, so if you buy a tent at the end of tent season, you're SOL if something goes wrong with it next season!

One of the elastic cords broke while I was taking down this tent for the first time out. It doesn't seem that I can get the replacement pole even though I have sent in a form and a letter. The internet site doesn't seem to be much help either. 800 numbers useless, don't work.

We have had no trouble with our dome tent even after giving it to our daughter...but alas a pole has broken and I do not like the sound of the last review. I will try to get replacement poles Monday and see what happens. ty
