Reading many reviews on tents makes me ponder why people complain about space. A tent must be convenient, light, and use little space on your pack. Thus, my review isn't oriented to those who pack a car and camp next to it. I write for those like myself that walk and climb hours to a campsite.
A one-person tent is enough for one person. One can't pretend to stuff around packs, dogs or the like. The Nemo excels on space. It is comfortable enough for a man over 6.2 feet tall, which is generous already. It is a packable full waterproof shelter with a low weight of under 2 pounds. In these regards I am 100% satisfied. It is also very easy to set up and the tent feels strong. During high winds it performs well.
The only door is generous and ample enough to allow an easy entry and exit. The two poles are light and durable. Easy to place and are easy for one person set up. The tent pitches well, but the foot end has only one pole and two side cords. One must force the cords to be stiff.
Condensation is well handled, but one must leave a generous opening on the door. Airflow is felt, but it requires extra ventilation from the open door. At 6.1 I may sit inside the tent and I have enough room to store goodies. In a rainy day a friend got his tent soaking wet, we were able to cramp two adults inside.
Overall it is a performing tent with excellent weight and quality.
