Merrell Mix Master 2 Waterproof

These shoes are COMFORTABLE, WARM, and DRY! For those of us who hate treadmills and are called to run outside even when snow and slush are an issue, these shoes are outstanding! Low drop, but with enough cushion for pavement, I would definitely recommend them.

Pros

  • Comfortable
  • Warm
  • Dry

Cons

  • None

Love them for winter running. Ordered them online, and received them Saturday. Wore them all day Sunday. Ran 15 miles in snow, slush, and wet pavement on Monday. Never lost traction. Feet were, COMFORTABLE, WARM, and DRY!

Put in another 5 on dry pavement Wednesday. Am VERY pleased! Low drop (4mm) but still enough cushion for the pavement. Fit was true to size, with roomy toe box. Conventional lacing system with not a lot of extra length. Laces did not come untied or loosened even during a 15 mile run.

Construction is what you would expect from Merrell (excellent), and too early to tell about durability, but I'm confident. Have had them less than a week but, I will definitely order a second pair. These are my new winter Go-to's.
