MEC Mistral Light II Jacket
The Mistral Light II Jacket has been discontinued. If you're looking for something new, check out the best wind shirts for 2024.
This is a great jacket for those who like to do active activities with some moderate wind and water protection. There are arm vents beneath the armpits to provide ventilation which is good. The overall design of the jacket is great for biking, however it does lack 3M reflective tape and I think the price is somewhat overpriced and at exactly tomorrow, I'm going back to MEC for a refund and I might go to Eddie Bauer or ROOTS to browse around at their jackets.
Hey, I think MEC jackets are too common in Vancouver. Kinda sick of the label. BTW, avoid getting this jacket and get the MEC Super Microft windshell instead because it has a HECK of a lot more features including better colours and design and fabric at a lower price. ($79 CDN). So, you can just dump the MEC Mistral Light II. Well, the only advantage of the MEC Mistral Light II is that it has a hidden hood which I think is somewhat handy.
Fabric: Condenier polyester
