Bought a beautiful Koppen outdoors shirt. Two washes later the stitching comes undone. I try to return it and the cashier tells me to contact Koppen. They are nowhere to be found. It's Dick's itself.

Bought a beautiful Koppen outdoors shirt. Two washes later the stitching comes undone. I try to return it and the cashier tells me to contact Koppen. They are nowhere to be found. It's Dick's itself.
A house brand such as Koppen is to Dick's Sporting Goods should honor defective product returns regardless of whether the transaction took place within a ninety day window or not. And it is ridiculous to send their customers on a fool's errand looking for a clothing site that doesn't exist.
