Kelty Yellowstone 6
Used this tent for two dogs, the wife and myself. Fit a pair of cots in their and everyone had plenty of room. Nice for having a little indoor space when the sun gets a little hot and no shade around.
Pros
- Space
- Easy setup/ takedown
- Tough floor, withstood dog nails
Cons
- Pole attachment points could be more secure
Setup was pretty simple for the wife and I. I felt a little uneasy about how well the poles attached to the tent itself, the clips didn't seem sturdy but they held for 5 days. Light wind had no effect on the tent with the fly and tie downs in the ground.
Floor was sturdy enough to not puncture with two dogs coming in and out as well as a pair of cots with duck feet. Plenty of room for all your gear on the inside in case it rains. I was a little off put with not having a outside dry area since the rains fly comes out inches from the tent base.
I would recommend for car camping and non-heavy duty trips.
