Deuter Freerider Pro 30
I'm using this back as my go to daypack. I've had it out on some snowshoe, backcountry nordic skiing and just hiking. At one point I had snowshoes on the back and cross country skis on the side. It's large enough for a winter day hike and I'm hoping compressible enough for summer.
One of the cool things about it is you can get to the main compartment even with lets say skis, snowshoes, poles, and a tripod strapped to it. There are two zippers in to the main compartment one runs around the suspension so you don't have to undo any straps holding stuff on the outside the pack. It has a lot of straps making very versatile.
And it's tough its built but that makes it a bit heavy it's 3 lb 15 oz.
