Columbia Switchback 2 Omni-Tech
Super comfortable and pretty lightweight, these make good trail running shoes that can handle casual wear situations just fine.
Pros
- Comfortable
- Lightweight
Cons
- None
I really love these shoes. They are extremely lightweight and come across almost like a hybrid mesh river shoe crossed with a hiking shoe. These are certainly not dedicated serious hiking shoes as they are not burly enough for that, but in fairness they are not meant to be.
Columbia describes these as trail running shoes, hence the superb light weight. They are also really comfortable, probably as much as any shoe I own. They cradle the foot nicely and provide great arch support, and they are quite flexible.
Out of the box they feel just right. Sizing is spot on for my slightly wide 11 feet. To boot, they also look very sharp.
Can't rave enough about these shoes, they are light and comfy and Columbias are always built to last. Highly recommended.
