Very lightweight, super bright, and great for a large cap sight. We use rechargeable batteries and it keeps the weight down. Three brightness settings make it perfect for lighting up a trail for a group, or for lighting a dark campsite after hours.

This light is very bright thanks to an LED light. The area of light ranges from good within 10 feet to great within 50 feet depending on the setting you choose. We have used ours for years and it still works wonderfully!
The batteries can easily last a three-day weekend, and I have even put it through a week-long trip and the light began to dim on the last night I was out. Great for making camp if you've taken too long to reach it. It will resist rain, which is super helpful when mother nature wants to test your resolve.
