Great product, aided in my successful thru-hike of the Appalachian Trail 2012.

I don’t know why anybody would go without one of these, even if it’s not this particular brand. Basically, you use this as a liner for your sleeping bag. It will add 5-10 degrees for when it’s cold, or you can just sleep in this by itself for when it’s super hot.

One of the more important things too, is that you can simply wash it, rather than attempting to wash and potentially ruining your sleeping bag. The material used is a very cool, stretchy type of fabric, and I literally felt like it was a cocoon. Or at least what I imagine a cocoon to feel like. Sometimes I would wake up and think I was being swaddled like a baby.

Trust me, you’ll appreciate it.
