Version reviewed: Parka

I am a high school student. I do a large amount of mountain biking (200 miles+ in 10 days), rock climbing, fly fishing, backpacking, and other outdoor activites. I figured that a jacket that was breathable and waterproof was going to cost me at least $400. Then a saw the High Peaks summit parka for $120 in Campmor. I ordered it and began to try it. Before I began with my long least of problems I must saw that I was glad that it had the one-year warranty for it.

Problems: Not so waterproof; cheap fabric; not breathable at all; lost its shape after first hard rain; DWR, what DWR; mesh lining fits the XXXLarge not the medium. Well that is about all that I have time for so if you would like me to tell you any other problems that I have had with this jacket, please feel free to e-mail.
