Baffin Tundra

rated 5 of 5 stars
photo: Baffin Tundra winter boot

I generally go through a pair of boots every six weeks. These boots have lasted four winter months now. I do a lot of ladder climbing, shoveling, and wet area walking. I would buy these boots again—first choice.

Pros

  • Comfortable and warm!
  • Durable
  • Good traction
  • Excellent liners

Cons

  • Waterproof only to approx. ankle deep

I generally go through a pair of boots every six weeks. These boots have lasted four winter months now. Now showing wear in the ankle flex area.

I wear these boots 10 hours a day. With other boots, I get bad athletes foot even though I change socks twice a day. The liners are very warm and breathable. Somehow they stay fresh smelling. They are easy to remove for drying and to put in. They haven't even lost their cushioning yet.

They are light enough to run in. I would buy these boots again—first choice.
