Pros
- Price
- Comfortable
- Lightweight
- Wind resistant
- Ease of movement
Cons
- Only available in black
The trousers are really comfortable when in the outdoors, walking, camping, cycling etc. They are so comfortable that I have worn them on two trans-Atlantic flights, providing plenty of freedom of movement whilst on the flight.
There is very little adjustment but they are available in six waist sizes and threee leg lengths. I am 5 feet 8 inches so the short leg length is perfect for me. It is possible to adjust the ankle cuffs but I have never found the need to.
The trousers are both wind and shower resistant so have proved ideal on those days when the weather struggles to make its mind up. There are pockets, all of which have zips, ensuring that important items aren't lost.
Although I am based in Europe they were ideal for some long days in the White Mountains of New Hampshire during October. The fabric is flexible enough to remain comfortable when scrambling along some of the steeper sections. The cut of the material also helps with comfort and ease of movement.
They have become my go-to trousers for a number of outdoor activities.
Background
I purchased these trousers approximately 6 months ago but have only worn them for four months. They were too warm for the summer. In those four months they have become my go-to trousers for a range of activities, walking along the cliff paths at home or putting on after a long day's sea kayaking
