User Review: Terra Nova Solar 2

Rating: rated 5 of 5 stars
Design: 3-4 season free standing, semi geodistic
Sleeps: 2
Ease of Setup: 2 poles, colour coded, it dont get easier than this
Weight: 2.2kg, about 5 punds
Price Paid: £200

Used through Scandinavia during October and above the Artic Circle. Handled snow, torrential rain, gale force winds and it didn't even once show any signs of wear and tear. still like brand new. 14 days camping and walking, light enough and small enough to fit into backpack, brilliant tent.

Terra Nova claim it as a three to four season tent; it performed better than 4-season tents I have been in in less harsh conditions. Terra Nova tents for me are the best and if the Solar 2 ever gives up the ghost (not for the forseable future, well over 60 nights in it and good for another 200 at least) i will only buy Terra Nova. There is no price for quality.
