"END Stumptown 12 oz. shoes are like multi-tools for your feet, excellent for the outdoor generalist, avid trail runner, and urban wanderer. Environmentally Neutral Designs (END) questions every material and process that goes into manufacturing, striving to minimize environmental impact. Durable ripstop nylon and nylon mesh uppers are highly breathable; synthetic leather overlays provide structure and support. Rubber toe caps provide protection for uppers and toes against bumps and abrasion. Polyester and natural bamboo fiber are blended to offer moisture-wicking and antimicrobial linings. Compression-molded EVA midsoles feature 10% recycled EVA content and supply cushioning comfort for extended wear; EVA posting helps control pronation. Structural thermoplastic urethane plates deliver support, stability and rock protection; plates are co-molded into midsoles, eliminating use of cement. Trail Radius durable carbon rubber outsoles contain 25% recycled rubber regrind and supply solid traction on all types of terrain."
